Laura Beacham, PA-C

Laura Beacham, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Laura earned her undergraduate degree from Xavier University before completing her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Emory University School of Medicine in 2016.

Laura has practiced dermatology in Atlanta for a decade, caring for both pediatric and adult patients. In addition to her clinical practice, she serves as an Adjunct Clinical Lecturer and Clinical Preceptor for the Emory University School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program. She also serves as a Clinical Advisor and Lecturer for COPE Health Solutions, where she developed and leads the dermatology curriculum for postgraduate medical learners. Laura is a frequent speaker on dermatology topics for healthcare professionals and trainees. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA), and the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants (GAPA).

Laura is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin by combining evidence-based medicine with a personalized, approachable style of care, placing a strong emphasis on patient education. She provides comprehensive dermatologic care for pediatric and adult patients, with expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.

Laura lives in Atlanta’s Haynes Manor neighborhood with her husband, Ben, their three boys, and two dogs, Bobby and Birdie. She enjoys reading, cheering on her boys at their baseball games, and is always tackling a new home or creative project.
